It is a great pleasure and honor for the Medical Physics Unit and the Biomedical Engineering Unit of University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) and the Medical Physics Academician from Faculty of Medicine, University Malaya to collaborate and co-organize the Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering Seminar 2021. Following the Covid-19 outbreak and with respect to the Malaysian Government orders, the committee had decided to hold the seminar on a digital platform. The seminar will be held for 2-day from 13th to 14th October 2021.
 
On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to invite you to the Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering Seminar 2021.
 
The Medical Physicists and the Biomedical Engineers have played an important role in their own fields. Nevertheless, this seminar represents an invaluable opportunity for professionals in medical physics and biomedical engineering fields to interact, establish network, share knowledge and vast experiences as well as discuss latest research outcomes, technological advancements, and new ideas with their counterparts. We foresee that this event will gather a big crowd consists of the medical physicists, the biomedical engineers, and the allied health care professionals.
 
Scientific parallel sessions for medical physics and biomedical engineering will be the primary focus of this event. There will be virtual presentations from subject matter experts, manufacturers’ representatives, innovators, and researchers, both local and global.
 
In these unprecedented times, we will make every effort to ensure that the Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering Seminar 2021 continues to provide participants and sponsors with a rewarding, and meaningful event both professionally and socially for all participants.
